I really appreciated these tips. I will implement these tips in my life as soon as possible.
My favorite tip is SELF-TALK and the reason is that pushing yourself always one day you surely do it.
After the Amal fellowship, I personally change my thinking. I will try my best to come out of my comfort zone, ask for help, and create a new habit on daily basis.
These tips are very helpful for everyone. we can change our fixed mindset into a growth mindset easily with the help of these tips. I will do practice these tips for my growth mindset from today.
